Yoshukai Karate emphasizes traditional and sport karate depending on the student's interest. Whether you want to be a life champion or a tournament champion, you will benefit from this program. Karate has been well documented to improve health and fitness but also improve focus, concentration, self-discipline, coordination and respect while learning self-defense. All skill levels, from first-timers to advanced students, are welcome.
